What does more sustainable manufacturing and transportation of beer and beverages look like?

Achieving business improvement and reducing environmental impact through concentration technology! Suppressing carbon dioxide emissions.

This document focuses on reverse osmosis (RO) membrane filtration, known as a cost-effective method for reducing the carbon footprint of the supply chain by manufacturers, specifically for the concentration of beer and beverages. It explains methods for removing moisture from beer and cider for reconstitution at the point of consumption. By selecting the appropriate concentration system for beer and beverages, companies can achieve cost reductions, conserve water and energy, reduce emissions, and improve their sustainability profile. [Contents (excerpt)] - Sustainable beer production and transportation achieved through the concentration of beer and beverages - Methods for concentrating beer and beverages - Reasons to choose low-temperature, high-pressure RO systems - Ultra-low temperature, high-pressure RO systems *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

ALDRUM Sludge Concentration System

It is a continuous processing drum concentrator capable of long hours of operation. By combining it with a decanter, performance and investment optimization can be achieved.

The ALDRUM drum concentrator is a type of mechanical sludge concentrator. Its operating principle involves transporting sludge that has been agglomerated with a polymer coagulant to a slowly rotating drum filter. The sludge remains inside the drum, while the water phase passes through the filter cloth. Therefore, the sludge concentration can be adjusted by regulating the flow rate and the angle and speed of the drum. Additionally, a cleaning spray bar is installed, allowing for drum cleaning. By using cleaning water, final treatment liquid, or treated filtrate for intermittent cleaning, water consumption can be kept low.
